How message processing works
An Alebab community contains multiple Telegram groups, one for each language. Messages sent in one group are received by the service, processed for translation and published in the other connected groups in the same community. The author’s name and language direction may appear in translated copies.
Data we process
During registration and use, we may process name, email, community settings, selected languages, Telegram technical identifiers, delivery status and data needed to operate the service. For historical paid agreements, necessary administrative data may also be processed. Full card details are handled by the payment provider, not Alebab.
Browser translation demo
The demo requires no account and produces real translations: text you submit is sent to the Alebab server and the translation provider, not processed only in your browser. It is not sent to Telegram groups. On the Alebab server, demo text and translations are kept only in volatile memory for up to 10 minutes to handle requests and retries; they are not saved to conversation history. To enforce limits and prevent abuse we persist attempt timestamps and an IP-derived HMAC pseudonym, without raw IPs, message text or request identifiers. Quota records that are no longer needed are deleted on the next request; they are not linked to an account.
Providers may apply their own terms and retention periods: the 10-minute limit describes demo memory on the Alebab server and does not guarantee deletion by the provider. Do not enter sensitive personal data, credentials or confidential information in the demo.
Conversations across two languages on Telegram
The “Talk to someone” path creates a community of two connected Telegram groups, one per language, using the same message processing described above. The creator joins their group and shares the other group’s link; more people can be invited. This is not a private browser chat or an end-to-end encrypted secret chat. Messages are processed by the service and translation providers and are visible to participants in the connected groups.
Purposes
Data is used to create and administer the community, translate and deliver messages, protect accounts, prevent duplication and abuse, provide support, measure service operation and meet applicable obligations.
Website traffic
We collect technical statistics about visited pages, referring domains and device type. We do not store IP addresses or complete user-agent strings; we create a pseudonymous identifier that changes daily. Traffic data is retained for up to 90 days. We do not use advertising cookies or commercial profiling.
Providers
We may use Telegram and translation, hosting, email and, for historical agreements and related obligations, payment providers. They process data under their respective terms and for functions needed to provide the service.
Retention
Account and community data is retained while required for the service or applicable obligations. Technical delivery and security data is retained for limited operational periods. The owner may request permanent community deletion; data that must remain for administrative obligations is limited to those purposes.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about processing by emailing info@alebab.com. Requests are handled after verifying identity and the relationship with the relevant account or community.
