Alebab operates the multilingual Telegram community service during its launch phase. For information, requests or data-rights enquiries, email info@alebab.com.

How message processing works

An Alebab community contains multiple Telegram groups, one for each language. Messages sent in one group are received by the service, processed for translation and published in the other connected groups in the same community. The author’s name and language direction may appear in translated copies.

Data we process

During registration and use, we may process name, email, community settings, selected languages, Telegram technical identifiers, delivery status and data needed to operate the service. If a paid plan applies, necessary administrative data may also be processed. Full card details are handled by the payment provider, not Alebab.

Purposes

Data is used to create and administer the community, translate and deliver messages, protect accounts, prevent duplication and abuse, provide support, measure service operation and meet applicable obligations.

Website traffic

We collect technical statistics about visited pages, referring domains and device type. We do not store IP addresses or complete user-agent strings; we create a pseudonymous identifier that changes daily. Traffic data is retained for up to 90 days. We do not use advertising cookies or commercial profiling.

Providers

We may use Telegram and translation, hosting, email and, where necessary, payment providers. They process data under their respective terms and for functions needed to provide the service.

Retention

Account and community data is retained while required for the service or applicable obligations. Technical delivery and security data is retained for limited operational periods. The owner may request permanent community deletion; data that must remain for administrative obligations is limited to those purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about processing by emailing info@alebab.com. Requests are handled after verifying identity and the relationship with the relevant account or community.
